Sim card not activated after 4 days

I took out a new data contract on friday 25 Nov and have 6 other existing lines with Telkom. Today is the 28th and my new sim card is still not active at Nandi at Telkom cresta store says there is nothing they can do, i have to wait. The Telkom call centre says there is nothing they can do i have to wait. This is unacceptable and poor service. This is after the sales person in telkom store said the line will be active immediately 😡😡😡😡
