Sim Card not activated

To whom it may concern:<br> <br> I bought a tablet from Telkom Mobile. It was delivered to me with two sim cards. According to the documents that I received, it said \After successful delivery has taken place your new package benefits will be effective within 48 hours". It's been over a week and still not activated.<br> <br> I went to the Telkom Mobile (Northgate) branch this weekend but they couldn't help me out. They said if they activate the sim cards I will have to go on prepaid - which doesn't make sense because I had taken out a contract with them.
