Sim Card Not Activated

Pathetic Customer Service, i received my Huawei E2273 on the 21/11/2017 todate being the 06/12/2017 the sim card is still not activated, the call centre line is forever busy and if you are lucky to get through them i am being told different turn around times from 24 to 36hrs then i visited the Eastgate branch where i was told it will take7 days for the sim to be activated. Yesterday i spoke to Naledi Maphumulo who is so *********** to an extend that she hanged up the phone on my ears, then i spoke to Ntandokazi Phalane who kept me on hold for about 15minutes only to be told i must give this sim another 24hrs, up to now nothing has been done.
