Sim Card Blocked

My sim card was blocked due to my fone being lost. I went to the Telkom store in Middelburg Branch they advise they cant assist as it was block and it doesnt allow them to unblock it , they sent two emails for assistance but still they are unable to unblock it as they don't get any response from their Head office I am two weeks now without a sim car which is on a contract that you guys will be asking me to pay. this is really pathetic service, i contacted the call centre they also cant assist
