Sim card

This is the second or third complaint regarding my contract with Telkom and I am starting to lose my cool...I havent received a micro sim for my Hauwei T1 Tablet....I think this is breach of my contract considering the fact that I need to get 10 GB and this promo ends end of march and i have never been able to use it. Spoke to a nice gentleman by the name of Tebogo N and a lady by the name of Noku Goniwe. I forwarded my slip from the courier service so that they could pick up as to which company delivered the package. I received the phone end of Oct begining of November and since then I have had the incorrect sim card. My debit orders are going off with no problems but I feel Telkom has not kept their end of the bargain. I will be in touch with the head office and the Ombuds as this is not happening..<br>
