Sim Blocked

Telkom debited on the 30 of September and till now they've blocked my sim cards I don't have internet access and calling them hasn't helped because I'm told that I should wait for seven days for the money which was debited by them to reflect. I was told that my issue is escalated yet nothing was giving to me to track if it's resolved. They totally don't care about customer complaints or resolving issues. I'm very ****ed and furiously angry.
