SIM ACTIVATION will probably happen in 2020

I purchased a Mobile Wifi online with Telkom. I received the product on the 12th Of December.

Its now almost 2 months later and the SIM is still not activated. There customer service is useless as well. It took them 1 month to realise there was an issue with the order which is why it was not being sent for activation.

This issue was only picked up after the 5th time I contacted customer service.

Its a month later after that issue has been corrected and its still not activated.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Luckily for them that's the lowest I can go.
