Sim activation
I placed an order on the 7th September and for the uncapped LTE promotion and got ***-055739 after 2 weeks I received the router and sim on the 22 September 2015 and I was informed my sim will be activated within 24 hours but this has not been done despite numerous calls and promises. It has been 3 days that I have been waiting for my sim to be activated. Sim ICCID is: *** ***and router IMEI is: ***. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
