sim activation

I had been contacted by sell direct selling me a package from telkom for a wifi router, upon accepting the package the agent had advised me, i will receive the package in 7 working days. it took them literally two weeks to deliver, their reason was they out of stock. I was calm enough to let that happen, the sim was rica'd upon delivery on the 13th of november. was advised the sim will be active within 48hours. which was ridiculous as well, yesterday on the 15th of november over the period of 48hours the sim was still not active. I called later that night the consultant advised she will escalate it to the technical department this will take about 24hours.. which its upsetting.. after all this wait, and to tell me u giving this package on a nice price due to my loyalty.. after today calling speaking to a Lungile at telkom she said it will take 48hours.. are you kidding me.. I asked to speak to the teamleader she advised the team leader will call me, after i refused to put the phone down.. she called never said a word on the call and hung up.. I want this sorted now!!!!
