Sim Activation
<p>I placed on order for the July deal online. It was approved and I received my package on the Thursday, 3rd August. Today it's the Thursday, 10th August and the SIM is still not activated.... I escalated the query on Sunday the 6th (ref: ********** 4) and I was told it would be resolved withing 24hours, On tuesday when I followed up, I spoke to Siphokazi Ntimzi who then told me that their TAT is 9 days ☹☹☹☹... So after waiting about 4 days for the Sim to be activated I have to wait another 9 DAYS. This is my first contract with Telkom and it's not even a month already and I'm not winning with you guys.... Is this how you do business??? Tell me what I should do in order to get assitance????</p>
