SIM activation
I signed a 24 month Data contract for 10GB per month including a LTE router and SIM card, on Friday 19/02-2016. They said the SIM card would be activated 1 hour later, but 5 days later I'm still waiting, and all they say at the shop is... the problem lies with Telkom head office....
