Silence not golden

<p>As per previous review, I complained that Telkom is unreachable when trying to disconnect my landline. I was promptly contacted after the review. Promising to disconnect the service and refund the money on the months the line was firstly cancelled. Fact is, the line was disconnected, still receive a bill and no refund. Trying to email on the address I was contacted on also yielded no results. Seems only hellopeter works!</p>
