Silence is deafening

I app**** for a look alike telephone on 9 August 2015 with no response. When I called the call centre to follow-up I was told to go back to the store ( Century City). Went back and heard nothing. On 4 September 2015 I made a complaint on Hello Peter and I got a call from Telkom within about 2 hours.<br> I was told that a technician would contact me and guess what 2 weeks later and still waiting for that call.
