Signed up multiple times, 1 callback, still no ETA

<p>Hi There,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been trying to get an ADSL line installed for the past 3 weeks now, with only one call back and still no progress on the installation. It took me having to apply 3 times online just to get that one call.<br /><br /></p> <p>I like the new online application, but again this I had to try multiple times to no success. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have now phoned almost 10 times in the past week to follow up, and so far each time they say that their system is off and they cannot check. Who thought that getting a Telkom line would become as hard as cancelleling a Telkom line.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone please tell me the status of my application, and how much longer we will have to wait for the line to be installed?</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards,</p> <p>Rudi</p>
