I upward migrated my Telkom smartbroadband LTE package from the 10gb to the 30gb (60gb promotional) package on the 29 October 2017. This after consulting the brochures / pamphlet and the sales agent at the Shelly Centre store. We were both happy and contract signed. On the 1 November 2017, I received a 30gb data allocation to my account. Why does it feel like Telkom strives to cause us stress? damn.
