Signed up for 60gigs day and night data but am only getting night data it's gone a month

Signed up for 60gigs day and night data but am only getting night data it's gone a month. Telkom has failed to sort the matter but i have been debited for this half a service. Call centre technical staff useless. Manuel Ramdass ***
