Signed contract

Telkom has promised me to send me a signed contract via email after signing it. Now Its been Four (4) months asking telkom to send me a copy of a contract that we've signed. They do not want to send to me and they do not have a reason for that. I am now feeling annoyed of keeping calling them all the time and they keep on telling me nonsense.
