Signed a contract with no cell phone

I signed a contract on 30 th of September but didn't receive a cell phone. The sales lady told me they are waiting for stock. The 8 th of October I called them to find out what is going on and she told me that they still didn't have stock but she will call me. On the 12 of October I called and she told me it was declined. The next day I called again and she said it as pending but they had my surname wrong they thought is was Pretoria?? and not Pretorius. But she will solve the matter for me in this week.<br> <br> I called them on Tuesday but she was out. I called them on Wednesday and she was on leave and then the manager told me she will call me back as soon as she is finished with a client. but she didn't called me back.<br> <br> This morning I called them and she was very rude to me didn't even give me a chance to speak or explain... and she shouted you never answer your phone. <br> <br> I also tried to call head office but they are just as useless as the branch itself. couldn't get hold of them.
