Sickening support. Verbally unappreciated

Today I spoke to an agent by the name of Berry and may I say this is by far the worst assistance a client could get. 19/09/2017 @ 5:56PM. The person doesn't sound like he knows what he doing and is verbally inappropriate (sounding like he's not interested to help me). So i had to CUT the call short cause I couldn't take it anymore. Rude agent with no professionalism to help people. This is by far the worst agent by far.
