Sick of Telkommobi & their thievery

I am sick & tired of having to do monthly Debit reversals,which is costing me unnecessary funds,because Telkommobi feel that they have a right to deduct any amount they feel to & this after stopping services for 1xmonths outstanding fee of R600... Somehow they have come to an amount of over R2000 & this without using their services.. When trying to rectify matters,I continuously get put through to a Telesales who has no clue what they're talking about & to top it off,they have someones address in Gauteng (Province in which I've never resided) & have my name registered as LIEUTENANT GENERAL (***!!!!) I want this matter rectified by a COMPETENT person ASAP
