SICK OF TELKOM AND THEIR NONSENSE

Telkom is the worst!! After making numerous phone calls regarding a change from ADSL to FIBRE, we eventually had this done. I confirmed with numerous people and logged queries online to ensure that we were not going to be charged by Telkom - I was told no, and I requested the package option on their promotions website for that month (MAY AND JUNE 2018) that stated - FREE INSTALLATION, CONNECTION and ROUTER) - choosing an option that would then be fixed for 24 months for R806 per month. Easy?? I thought so after I had spoken to so many people. APPARENTLY NOT!!! I have now received a bill from Telkom for R5600 !!!!!!!! What the actual hell... Then when you try get hold of the accounts department at Telkom you actually better off trying to find snow in the middle of a volcano eruption. NO feedback on my queries, no answers, just added interest and more billing...
