Sick of Telkom

I have been struggling with Telkom with past month and a half. My Internet has been connecting and disconnecting nonstop and I have called them to fix the problem. They sent people to my my house twice just to say that it's my router instead of checking the line or anything else. I have got a new router but still having the same problems and I can't even call them to complain because they have such bad service.
