Sick of being abused by Telkom

i am totally disdusted in Telkom's service, i was contacted telephonically in July 2017 and then took what i thought was a month to month service only to find out that it wasn't. i was also promised more data than i actually received and i was promised that i would never pay more than R158 per month. None of this was true, and my account was debited with R500 for less data. I also tried to cancel the order within the first seven days and then no one at Telkom conveniently new about me. i have asked them to listen to the calls, but until now my account is still being debited. i want all my money back as i haven't used this data after the first 2 months.
