Sick and tired of Telkoms poor service

I am so sick of telkoms useless service that they provide. Sit with damn issues every other week and just never gets better. Our adsl line comes from the stone age and lays more dormant than what it works. Contacting them is such a waste of time. Hold the line for minutes on end, then takes about 30mins to 55mins to resolve the matter and only to go through the same process again within a few days time. So now i am really contemplating on canceling the service and using someone else, now comes the mind boggling one; when i do go and cancel my service with these *********** maniacs will i struggle to get rid of them before they most probably debit my account because some trainee doesn't know what he or she is doing behind the pc. Is there light at the end of this tunnel? Telkom is eating a persons money the same way the government and e-toll does.
