Sick and tired of Telkom's non existing service

I am so sick and tired of Telkom excuses. 'Your matter is being escalated' is now a boring jingle in my head.

I have been trying from at least 29 November to get my Fibre activated. Vumatel came in did the installation promptly and supp**** me with the necessary VT number. And from there it has gone sideways with Telkom.

Today I am told again that the matter will be escalated. And here's the joke that tops it all. I AM BEING CHARGED FOR THE NEW FIBRE PACKAGE ALREADY!!!!!! SERIOUSLY

How does one deal with this? Clearly a rhetorical question as the answer is..... THE MATTER IS BEING ESCALATED!!!!!
