Sick and tired of Telkom's mistakes

I am so sick and tired of Telkom's mistakes!!!!!!!!!!! I had a prepaid line, 031 and a anytime line,011 under my name. I instructed them to change only the 031 number to my sister-in-law's name, because the line was being changed to wireless and I don't live in Durban so I can't accept the handset. But as usual no one in Telkom listens!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I sent a week explaining this!!!!!!!! Low and behold, they go they convert the 011 to my sister-in-law's name as well!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What the hell Telkom. Resolve this matter right now
