Sick and tired of paying for poor service

<p>I have been complaining for about a year now , ( even more) about my internet receiption that is pathetically slow! It takes me 3-4 minutes to watch a clip of 40-50 seconds! I sometimes cannot even send a voice message through wifi even if its 12 seconds long. They always send out the same person to attend the problem and he ( in his own words ) doesnt know anything about internet! </p> <p>Its just not fair to pay such a lot of money for NOTHING! I've been talking to Telkom's customer service on the phone as well and they always try the same thing over and over! Looks like they get stuck if a problem is not in found in a sertain set of actions they are trained to do. Beyond those, they just don't know what to do. </p> <p>We seems to be the only ones in our area that battles like this which makes me sure that it is a fixable problem if we can just find someone that can help!! </p> <p>Seriously!!!!! </p>
