Sick and tired...

After phoning telkom 4 times and placing 4 orders they finally installed my landline and adsl line on the 12th of September, on the 23rd of September I unfortunately had to move and I app**** online from the telkom website for the landline and adsl line as well to move, I phoned today as I got no response yet, the consultant (Rude is an understatement) told me that the relocation of my line has been put on hold at "Networking" as I moved into a "congested area" there are no more adsl ports available in my area he said. Now I know its not Telkom's fault I moved, but when I asked him whats going to happen now he said its up te telkom's technicians to decide whether they are going to upgrade the networling in my area or not, I asked him what about the billing ,then as its telkom's availability that limits me to not use the services I AM PAYING FOR, he said I must wait for the first invoice and then log a dispute, I then clearly asked him "So telkom takes my money first for services I can no longer use, and then I can ask if they are willing to credit my account?" his answer was "yes". So I am paying my telkom landline and adsl service and my mweb ISP, for nothing. He stated also that there is a 21day lead time before I will receive an answer if they are going to upgrade the network in my area. Telkom please get back to me sooner as I would even upgrade my line to a 4mb just to use the service as I can go nowhere else cause you have the monopoly in South Africa. Please get back to me with a solution a.s.a.p,
