sick and tired

I am sick and tired off your pathetic services. If it is not the call centre people who are *********** it is your insurance that always has an story for you. I had to render my services to them and remind them to remind me everyday of how far my claim are. if you don't phone they would not email you back. And if you ask to speak to one of the superiors they are never available, or if they are in you have to wait for like 30 minutes still no answer. There is always an waiting period with them and they don't keep you posted they wait till the last minute to tell you that you got to wait again....
