Sibulele Mqcokoca **** to resolve my query in favour of Telkom..

I have taken out a Telkom contract with Mondo. 40 gig day and 40gig night but telkom is only giving me 20 gig per month. I have referred the matter to the consumer protector. At Telkom Sibulele Mqcokoca was dealing with the query. Evertime I call her she was never available. I request her managers contact details but was not provided. She has now resolved my query as unable to get hold of me. When I was the one who called her. She **** to resolve the query.
