Shutdown my internet without notice after they didn't process their debit

I have been with Telkom Mobile from the time they where still called 8ta in 2010 and 7 years down the line they shutdown my internet connection without notice.

I have been very calm about what Telkom Mobile did and when i called them the 1st week of March i was told i have not paid my account, as far as i know i have a debit order agreement with telkom mobile and they tell me i did not pay. just for a second lets look at the differance between a debit order and a payment. Results from google for Debit order "A debit order is a way for a third party, that you have given permission, to collect money from your bank account." Results from google for payment "the action or process of paying someone or something or of being paid." My agreement with telkom mobile is for them to debit my account, if they know that they will sometimes not debit than i should have the option to pay for my account myself for the duration of my contract. All i ask for Telkom Mobile is to reinstate my connection and debit my account on the agreed date on a monthly basis.

Hi Launa,

Thank you for clearing that up, you will only receive the full payment manualy on the agreed date per the signed contract. I have yet to receive your banking details on my email.

Would you kindly confirm if my internet access will be active when i get home this evening, you are billing me for the month than i should be able to have access to what i am paying for as your data doesn't accumilate.

Regards,

Luba
