SHUT TELKOM DOWN IMMEDIATELY

This could be a very long review as my issue with Telkom has been going on now for almost 6 months. The mess was created as I was given wrong information in store by apathetic staff. Due to seemingly non-existent staff training, the totally wrong info I was given in store has left me out of pocket by about R5000!

NO AMOUNT OF STORE VISITS, PHONE CALLS, EMAILS TO VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS RESOLVES ANYTHING! THE LEFT HAND DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THE RIGHT HAND IS DOING IN THIS COMPANY. NOT EVEN A BAD REVIEW ON TWITTER WILL DO ANYTHING, YOU SIMPLY GET AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE FROM A BOT.

EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF STAFF PASSES THE BUCK, NOBODY, NOT EVEN STORE MANAGERS WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING TO HELP RESOLVE AN ISSUE.

It's ABSOLUTELY SICKENING that aa company like this exists. It's rotten to the core, and NOT ONE PERSON, NOT EVEN THE STORE MANAGERS, seem to have an ounce of professionalism, morals, ethics or integrity.

Recently returned to SA, always heard that Telkom is bad, but I'm simply stunned at how rotten this company is.

AND, given the pathetically poor image the company has, NOBODY within Telkom gives a toss about doing anything about improving the company image.
