Showmax trial with free 50g data using my own purchased data.

I took up the Telkom offer of a 3 month, 50 gigs free trial with Showmax. My paid for data is being used not the 50 gigs free data as promised. SIM number: ********** 002 Telkom has been unable, thus far, to provide me with a split between the free data and my paid for data used on Showmax. I have monitored my purchased data usage while watching movies/series on Showmax and it is clear that data is being used instead of the free data. I expect to be credited for my purchased data and for the remainder of my trial to be allocated to the 50gigs free data as promised by Telkom.
