Showmax remove from Telkom bill

Hello Telkom Please could you cancel the Showmax account linked to my bill. There is no option to unsubscribe on the Telkom portal. On the showmax website it refers me back to Telkom account ********** 343, but this is an IT support number. Please assist, Thanks
