Showmax Cancelation near impossible

I have been trying to cancel my showmax from the 15th of July, I have phone numourous times and everytime there is a different story and ive been told every end of the month that i see they still bill me that it will be canceled next month just to find out its not. this is pathetic and plain theft. and no i cant unsubscribe through showmax like you told another client that had the exact same problem. it says clearly phone telkom to cancel because we subscribed to it through telkom. Will i get my money back for the past 3 months? guess not cause telkom *****s from its clients. Funny thing is it is so easy to subscribe so you can take my money i dont even need to phone, just a few clicks. but now try and cancel hahahaha. its a joke man.
