Showmax 50g complimentary data

So on Thursday I received an sms from Telkom saying they offering me a complimentary free 3 months show max with 50g video streaming data bundle. Followed the steps then streams and chows from my current data bundles. Calls the call center no one knows about what I’m talking about . Is this a **** or consultants was never briefed about this ? .. I’m disappointed and I want my 50gs of data or rather compensate the 1g of data I utalized to watch show max!
