Should never have taken a Telkom contract

For almost three weeks my wife and I have signal but no data connection on our telkom mobile phones. We have to constantly restart our phones to get a data connection which is lost shortly thereafter. Both phones are on contract with telkom mobile.

I have contacted telkom facebook and telkom twitter and have received no assistance.
