<p>now i can beable to say im done with telkom cause they never fail to disapoint ...telkom gives the best of the best poor service were they dont notify cusotmers on account status and never sends statments and expect you to guess on whats happening on account iv got to a point were i really dont care about telkom servies any more cause the results never change telkom disconnected my services sometime last year cause they failed to send me statments or notify me o my account status and billed me for 7 to 8 months without sending me statments or updating me on my account that led to a disconnection affected my credit profile for a problem done by them well i was contacted back after all this mess and a payment arranhement was made that i would settle amount in 4 months we now on the 3 month and servies were disconnected again without a statment or notification sent the sales representirive an email to find out were the problem was and she was helpful i wont lie but the service and manner all of this was done has made me amgry to a level that iv now decided to cancell my services il pay outstanding amount but how ever i know for a fact that im never using telkom services ever again!!!!!!!!!!!! </p>
