Short staff in call centre

I recently app**** for the deal of month and was told I would be contacted during the course of the week once they have stock and till today no one has contacted me.

I called the branch and they never pick up and when calling the call centre the mobile number is engaged and I wait forever when dialing the other number and no one answers...does Telkom even have staff to work at the call centre?
