Shop too small.....not enough consultants

On Sunday13 March 2016 we visited Telkom in Key West. The shop was crowded and a long queue was waiting at the cashiers/ info desk. This shop must service the entire West Rand and is much too small to accommodate all their clients and consultants. I was not prepared to wait in the same queue as those who wanted to sort out heir account queries and other problems.
