shop LO11 greenstone- SHOCKING!!!!!!

I submitted my application almost a week ago at the store opposite Dis chem, they then passed it onto the other Telkom shop by Game.( this happend to me the FIRST time i signed up with Telkom 2 years ago- Deja vu? )<br> <br> I had to get in my car after MANY FAILED calls to the stores as nobody seems to answer those damn phones.<br> <br> On my arrival the person my app was handed to was absent and the store manager was not in.<br> <br> I am VERY frustrated as i just want to upgrade my device and have had little response due to 'no stock' and claims that they are awaiting on another store manager to send in the device to there branch.<br> <br> SURELY a branch manager should be more organised and accommodating????<br> <br> I am still to await feed back and a new device....questioning if this is really the best cell network to stick with?<br> <br> Hmmmm....
