Shoddy Telkom Service

Telkom worked on 2 of their poles in Blue Bend, East London on 1March. There is a line hanging loose in my yard. Since then I have not had a phone/ADSL line thus I have no internet and I still have to pay my data provider! It’s now 29 days later and I still have no phone!
