Shoddy Service!!

I app**** for ADSL online and waited 2 weeks for someone to finally call me back. They called me on 05/06/2020 and we did the application via telephone. All they needed to do is a credit check and done but i still have no feedback with regards to my application. secondly, i called the contact centre numerous times and hold for 10 minutes every time and no answer. imagine the nightmare you will have when you have technical difficulties and no-one answers the phone!! shoddy service especially since i am a potential new client!
