Shoddy and Shady — Telkom

I have screenshots of Telkoms shady network data coverage. I had about 3 gb of data left which was due to expire on the 4th of May 19. I was totally unaware. I also had the WhatsApp data available, about 260 mb. The whole of the 4th,I received no WhatsApp messages, whatsoever. I actually thought that it was the area I was in, seeing that I was at a different site, work-wise that is. On the 5th, I recharged, with a gig, which is only when I started receiving texts. Is the Telkom Free-Me-Bundle a hoax? Furthermore, just to put a spanner in the works, I'll get a 4g coverage network signal, with no internet connection whatsoever. I surely can't be the only one experiencing this problem problem cause I guarantee that it is certainly not my phone. I don't even think the latest phone software could compete with what seems to be, ****************, DISGUISED IN THE FORM NIGHT SURFER DATA!

Oh, I have actual screenshots with obvious timestamps in case this seems far-fetched.

I'm actually disappointed, based on the faith I had in the network.
