Shoddy and appalling service from Telkom

My mum had discovered that her phone was non functional and had called to report a fault on Monday, and the technician only calls out on Wednesday. Nevertheless, he tells her that there is a fault on the line and goes away for about an hour, and upon his return says that he needs some part and will return the next day. Despite another call to Telkom yesterday where I left my contact details, the problem has yet to be resolved and there has been no sign of the so called \technician". One week for a call out ???
