Shocking/No Service

Absolute shocking service from TELKOM. In April 2020 Telkom called me to offer me an upgrade on my Broadband service..... I agreed, however it still hasn't been done... called last week ...two different departments as the one points the finger at the other.... Was assured that it will get their attention and I will receive a follow up.... That was a week ago... Today, I called again, needless to say had to re explain my case all over again... only to be advised I need to call 3 other the departments, but hey will make a note on the system for it to be checked..... Really !!!!! How are you still in business??
