Telkom don’t deserve even 1 star. Pathetic. Stuffed up cancellation. *****s your purchased data, oh, and please use the website or the useless app... Waiting for hours and spending hours on the phone without any resolution. Promises made but none kept. Call Centre staff are either clueless or just cannot take any type of decision. A half the price it still isn’t worth dealing with Helkom. There is no way ever that I will deal with *********** Telkom again.
