Shocking unprofessional service

After months on end I have requested my account be sent to me so I can pay but to no avail then they hand you over to attorneys.

They cut me off hence I could not work from home either but then they expect me to pay. How does one pay when their accounts not sent to them even after several requests yet nothing is forthcoming ? Telkom you dropped the ball big time, I decided to switch to RAIN and won't look back.
