shocking unprofessional and unbelievable service

my cellphone account was in arrears i was getting messages daily reminding me that am owing ,only to pay what i owe on the 3rd but still my account hasn't been unblocked ,went instore the next day was told it takes 48hours to activate , i called your 081180 number this morning only to be on hold for 15 minutes until a lady answered and said she will send her email address to my number to no avail there was no message i then decided to go back instore where i got a frustrating, unprofessional service but still no help Am very disappointed in your service its so unprofessional ...i will be billed again for September yet my fone is locked What a shocking service telkom
