Shocking Telkom service.

I signed up with dsltelekoms on the morning of the 24th January for an unlimited wifi deal. I was told it would take 3 to 5 days for the sim card to be delivered. It's now 8 working days and I have not received any thing or an update on my order since the 24th.As far as I am concerned Telkom and it's agents dsltelekoms are absolutely useless and I would not recommend them to anyone I know. Neither of them keep you updated or informed as to why it's taking so long. I say stay away from them.
